Would you like to register through a purchase order (PO)?
This page provides all the information you need to do so quickly.
Many organizations require a purchase order to pay for their employees to attend our workshops. A purchase order is essentially a pre-approval/commitment for payment for you to attend a workshop. The purchase order is granted by your organization, so it is best to ask them for their approval process.

Your organization’s accounts payable department typically requires information from the PROMPT Institute to complete the purchase order. These typically include:

An “estimate” of the program cost, this would be the price of the specific workshop you are attending (or product you are buying). This is listed on our website, but please note all workshops have different prices.

If they require a W-9 tax form, please click here to download.

When we receive your completed information, we will register you into the workshop. Please note registrations are first-come/first served. We cannot register SLPs into sold out workshops.
