Workshop Refund Policy

 

Registrations and products are non-refundable, please use care when booking non-refundable travel expenses as the PROMPT Institute does not reimburse any expenses you may incur in the event of a cancellation.

 

Please note that our courses require a prepaid reservation. We do not accept partial payments. 

 

Due to the significant expenses incurred by the PROMPT Institute to hold your reservation, failure to abide by any of the following terms and conditions will result in a forfeiture of your entire prepaid reservation fee.

Due to intellectual property and copyright protections enabled on all of our products, we only provide refunds for damaged and/or defective products. Please contact admin@prompt.org if you receive a defective product.
